What happens after you book

  1. 1

    Confirmation within hours

Andrea or Travis confirms your dates personally and sends a quick welcome note. If we have a question or need to flag anything (a holiday minimum-stay, conflicting calendar item, etc.), you'll hear from us right away.

  2. 2

    Pre-arrival message (3 days before)

A short note with directions, parking, where to grab groceries on the way in, and whether you'd like any of our add-ons (farm-fresh eggs, garden basket, firewood, etc.) waiting for you.

  3. 3

    Check-in details (24–48 hours before)

Your unique door code plus the full address pin, wifi network, and the historic-door tip (give the handle a firm push — it's old, lovely homestead carpentry).

  4. 4

    During your stay

We live nearby on the property — close by if you need anything, otherwise you have the cabin and its creekside grounds entirely to yourselves.
