Take it to Flathead Lake, Whitefish Lake, or the pond. Board, paddle, and adult life vest included. Strap to the roof of your car or fit one in the back of an SUV — we'll show you the easy way at check-in.

Two child-sized Coast-Guard-approved vests. You can't reasonably fly with these and the lake won't lend them out — pick them up at check-in.

A reliable medium-action spinning combo, basic tackle box included. Flathead Lake (lake trout, kokanee, perch) and Whitefish Lake are the obvious targets. You'll need a Montana fishing license — get it online at fwp.mt.gov before you go.

A 5-weight fly rod and a small selection of flies for local water. For experienced anglers — we don't teach casting in this rental. Same Montana fishing license requirement as the spin rod.

Mid-size hard cooler, freshly iced and waiting on arrival. For lake days, picnic lunches, and bringing a bottle of Flathead cherries home. We refresh the ice if you're staying long enough to need it.
